Wonderbra Full Effect Bra Review

Over the past few years, my weight has heavily fluctuated resulting in my boobs shrinking. I have gone from a 34B to a 32C to a 30DD and then back down to a 32C. Everytime I loose weight, it comes straight off my chest and my stomach meaning I often feel very flat chested. This is were the extra padding comes in. For day, I like to wear comfy t-shirt bras but by night, I love me some extra lift! When I heard about the Wonderbra Full Effect Push Up Bra, it sounded too good to be true! It claims to give you 2 sizes up, I am not sure how you would distinguish that but I certainly noticed a difference! My boobs were spilling out the cup. I often find bra's that give significant effect quite uncomfortable, i.e wires that push so tight they dig into your boobs, but not with this one. I didn't feel comfortable self snapping my boobies so you will just have to take my word for it! You can always try before you buy, you will see how honest I am being! I recommend this bra if you want extra boob lift, it does everything you expect it to do.

Warning: do not wear this bra if you want to keep the boys away!

Playtex Tonique Contour Dazzles In Purple!

Get Sporty With The Panache Sports Bra!

Playtex have just launched one of their biggest advertising campaigns in recent years, to promote this revolutionary concept in bra design.


Quoting Playtex' s own advertsing. "Tonique Contour is THE bra that rewinds time." With its unique innovation this new type of T-shirt bra has been designed especially for women who want a bra that is not only comfortable but also gives a younger, firmer looking bust.


The new patented ‘flexi support’ panel is designed to adapt perfectly to the bust, gently supporting at the sides as well as along the bottom of the breast creating a natural rounded shape. 


The microfibre cups contain a light padding, cushioning the ‘flexi support’ panel to ensure comfort and invisibility under clothes. The tulle top cup and the light feminine detail on the centre gore and straps gives a chic yet discreet look that works well under a variety of outfits."


So how does the Tonique work? The Tonique Contour Bra is designed to lift the breasts in a comfortable yet noticeable way, thanks to the patented Flexi Support panel. This Flexi Support panel works by gently contouring and supporting the bottom and the sides of the breast to give a younger, firmer looking bust, replacing the need for an underwire.


The Tonique Contour bra starts life as a lightly padded moulded cup. If you're thinking about getting a boob job, please don't. Just get this bra. I've never worn a Wonderbra in my life, but as soon as putting the Full Effect Lace Bra on, I was a convert.

So how does this one work? Well it's got a combination of 'super lightweight gel and air within fan-shaped padding', that promises to boost you up two full cup sizes. Two! And does it? Hell yes. I wore it for a night out last week (this is really not a day bra, unless you particularly want every single person you see all day to stare directly at your chest. Actually, maybe it'll be useful for bad hair days), and anything close fitting that I tried to wear it with - even a button front dress - would not go over my very impressive new chest. It was amazing. It wasn't over the top either - I mean, you definitely noticed it, but in a 'wow, look how perky and round her boobs are' way and not in a trashy 'oh my god, it that Jordan?' way. 

The straps didn't dig in, the band fit well all around my back, and despite that fact they were impressively hoisting up my boobs, it was overall just very comfortable. Although I couldn't see my feet, which was an experience, and not really the bras fault. The design is really nice too, it doesn't look like a push up bra (although I'm not sure I have an idea of what one looks like) in pale pink with a pretty lace trim around the top of the cups. It's £25.99, which normally I'd say was a lot for a bra - but this is not just a bra. It's a weapon.

I'd like to finish by saying that it's been very odd to write so much about my own cleavage.
